Back in business!

Hi!
After one week in "school" i'm exhausted! 8 hours a day of calculations and laws etc about opening your own business is kinda hard for a brain that last time saw the inside of a classroom was 10 
years ago! :)

I love France and the french people but sometimes the annoy me! Last sunday i went to the photo-shop to develop a photo that the sweet Silje sent me! It's a photo she took in NY and when i saw it at her Flickr i'd just had to have it! So i asked and she sent it to me! Cool! Thanks again! So i went to the boutique and they said it will be ready thursday. It's thursday. I went there. No photo. Sunday they said. Pffff...
It's 90x60cm so it's big and we're gonna hang it on the dining-room wall! Nicey!!! When it's ready!

Here's the LO for this week on Scrap Challenge, what happened in february. For me it's spring that happened! So lovely!

Scrap Challenge DT week 8

This is my LO for this weeks challenge over at SC! Use a song in your layout. This Katie Melua-song is one of my favourite love-songs so it was quite easy! And fun to use that much text. For the moment i'm painting because i started a little project that i'll show you soon!
I bought some cute stuff at Ebay today that i hope will come soon, so not expensive!

My fridge is now full of swedish food, tunnbröd, senap, daim, sill, prinsesstarta, päroncider etc etc! Yum! Thank god for Ikea :D

And, hey, anyone that have a fun challenge to share?

Valentines-card

Here is a Valentines-card i did for my mom, it was so fun doing a card! So fun that i'm already doing some others! I draw the little monster myself and i did a hole bunch others to go with the cards! How was your weekend? I havent' done anything special, just relaxed. Tomorrow i'm going to Ikea to fill up my fridge :) but also buy some stuff for a project that i came up with last night when i couldn't go to sleep. It happens often to me when i'm about to fall asleep, i have an idea that pops up and then i can't stop thinking for 1 hour or 2! 
Now i'm going back to my scrapping, i got some new stuff and now everything is all purple and lime!

Scandinavian café

I bought this book today, "Full Vinyl" and i'm so inspired that i'm already drawing some things! And a cool thing, my poster from ikea that i bought a couple of weeks ago it's actually one of the artist from the book that made it, Jon Burgerman! Cool! I'll show you some of my faves tomorrow. I would like to share with you right now but as usual my camera doesn't work inside in the evening :/ I so want a new one, i went to the photostore and talk to a guy for an hour and he recommended me Nikon D80. Do you have a hint about cameras for me? I mean he's nice but who can put out 830€ just like that? Huh?!

My project is going forward, i can tell you that i'm going to start a little scandinavian café here in Montpellier that is going to be so colorful that the french doesn't know where to look! :D I'm gonna serve some swedish specialties and i want my café to be like a Bam Pop-paper! I'm so up for suggestions in decoration, food and name for the café!!!! Of course i have a load of ideas and i'm just in the beginning of all, i don't even have a local yet but slowly slowly i'm getting things together!
SO FUN!
Further on i'm going to show you some drawings of my decoration ideas et menus etc and you tell me what you think, it would be so fun! As i'm doing this alone (of course with Philippe but...) it would be so nice to have some help! :D

I did three in a row, it's so fun. I'm trying some new stuff and to not do the same thing all the time. I have an impression that all my stuff looks the same and i'm taking a tripp in the bloggo-
sphere to get some inspiration! The flower on "Fun" is a real ripp of Lucy! :D

Lazy sunday

I'm a bit tired... We had a cocktail party friday night and a surprise birthday-party saturday... I'm getting old, i need 2 days to get back on feet, ähh.
Did a minialbum of Titan but it's so-so, i got bored after 3 pages so it's a bit lazy done, not like one of Siljes ;)
I also did one LO of the day we went to Nîmes and had a great day! We saw this 3D-movie about the gladiators but the cool thing is that we saw it in the actual arena where the faught 1500 years ago! I like history and i even went to the university of Stockholm and did 1 year of history of art. In the same arena as the gladiators is now the bullfighting "corrida" that i don't like at all. But we still took a photo of the statue that even had the balls carved out :D It's a man, hey! Those french...

Hope you had a great weekend and that monday morning is not too hard... I'll think of you when i wake up around 10! ;)

The girl is crazy!!!

Look what she gave me! I'm speechless! I'm talking about
Céline Navarro! So sweet of her! I participated in her scraplift and she said she was going to send me a gift!
Not 49! She so spoiled me! Look at all this stuff! And the
colors! Ahhhh... Thank you Céline! And on top of that she
showed me a hole diffrent color-scale than i'm used to, so cool! And she's got a beautiful handwriting.
(I'm a passionated calligrapher :)

Isn't she sweet my friend Meryl, cutiepie! We had lunch today and i just had to take a photo of her! Other news, nah. Nothing to report today! Tomorrow i'm off scrapping at Sabrina's place and friday cocktail-party at our place, have to shop for that, i'm gonna try bake and
cook because it's a aperitif dinatoire wich means little canapés etc!
And yeah, friday morning, business meeting again...

Now the puppy is vaccinated and KO in his basket! As nothing else happened today i have nothing to say... I've been scrapping. I've eaten. I checked up some prizes for our business-project. That's it. Do to little makes you lazy. Luckily it's not for long time, i so want to get going with our little "thing"!
Oh, i almost forgot, week 6 in Scrap Challenge 2008, "tenderness"!

Holy, i can't stop!!!

I just keep on doing LO's, i dont' know what's in to me but it just pops out, i'm having such fun! Tomorrow we're bringing Titan to the veterinary for his final vaccine so he go out and play with the big dogs :), at last! Puppy + appartment =  stinky!

Now, spagetti bolognese, coca cola, film and my sunday is a blast!

Saturday Night Fever

Just come home from a night out with my girls! So fun!!! We went to the rhum-bar were i worked for 3 years and of course the drinks were à gogo! Now Philippe is preparing a little fat meal for me so i wont have a hungover tomorrow, how sweet! We already plan to have a cocktail-evening next fsouriday, it's gonna be so fun! I wish you all could come!
