Melanie tagged me, this is a thing I've seen a lot of on the net and it's really funny! Open your 6th photo in your latest created file and this is what I got! Bits from my house

I wanted some change but without spending money. I took a nice butterfly-page that I found in "Domino", a framed it in a Ribba. I used a Basic grey-paper that I also framed in a Ribba (love those) and finally made a little arrangement in the kitchen together with huile d'olive and vinaigre balsamique... Cheap change rocks! :)

I'm gonna scrap tomorrow morning until 3pm! Fun!

I'm seriously thinking of going to Carrefour (the mall) that close at 10... I NEED candy! What shall I do? I have these needs like 2 times a year but this is a huge one.

I'm off - candy, here I come! :)

Wish upon a star

I've been scrapping! And this is a 15 minutes layout, incredible! :) I had so much ideas, I didn't even think about what I was doing, it just happened! I'm back in business :D

Wish upon a star stands for Ophélie's and my dream - become a flight attendant! We hope that this will be reality one day. With todays crisis it's not exactly the moment, well well...

I used a bird from the Tim Holtz grungeboard (that I Distressed a bit) I bought the other day, I love it! And it comes in so many shapes, I think there's 5 or 6 boards within the same package, nice!

Things are clearing up (in the livingroom)

We're completely re-decorating our livingroom. When you're visiting blogs all day, the one nicer than another, with interiors and decorations to die for you develop a real need to try to do something with your own home.

This is our dining-corner with my sweet wall clock. The rest is under construction, we're moving all the furniture around to see where they fit best. Also want some vintage posters to put in my huge frames from Ikea. A lamp. New pillows for the sofa. Another lamp. New color for the wall. New sofa. Well, you get it, I'm in a nesting mood! :)

We made a girl verrrry happy today!

When Philippe was on the way home from work he saw this little cutie all alone running on the side of the road. Since french bulldogs are not the kind of dog that you see by their own like that he stopped the car and got out to look for it's owner but no one in sight. He rang on the doorbells in the neighbourhood but, nope, nothing. So he brought her home and in the meantime he called the vet, Titan and her (Mamba that we learned later is her name) played as crazy! She was so cute! As an owner to a french bulldog (or any dog) we really felt for the owner, loose your dog is a horrible thing! We ran to the vet where they scanned her chip in the ear and immediately they called the owner who got so happy she cried! We were so pleased to be able to return the little cutie to her mum! When she came to pick her up, she cried, we cried, the dogs cried and it was a real happy moment! Good ending of the story! :)

Quand Philippe est rentré du boulot aujourd'hui il a vu une petite bouledogue qui avait l'air très perdu donc il l'a ramené à la maison. Entre temps d'appeler le SPA Titan et elle se sont regalé ensemble, ils étaient trop mignons! On l'a vite vite ramené pour qu'ils scannent sa puce de l'oreille pour retrouver les maitres. Quand elle est arrivée elle pleurait, on pleurait, les chiens pleuraient, bref, c'était la fête! On est tellement content d'avoir pu la retourner à sa maman! :) Biz!

My christmas-bracelet! From Lollipop, one of my favorite boutiques here in Montpellier. We decided not to give that many presents this year (we're saving up for a puppy! :) but I got this one and tomorrow we're off to Ikea for the rest of "my" gift. Since it's for the house I get to choose but in the end it's for both of us! :) Getting some fabric, frames, pillows etc but also wanna look at a sideboard.

I'm also "returning" my christmas tree, 'cus here you pay 20€ for it and if you return it before the 11 january you get a 'receipt' with 19€ to use in your Ikea store! That means you've paid only 1€ for it, nice! I know that Philippe says it's just a way for them to have only more customers that will of course buy for more than 19€ and I'm completely aware of it but it's feels nice though, some "free" shopping! :)

This sunday I'm also gonna try go to the local "puces", flea market at Palavas, a lamp, some kind of little furniture for the entrée...

And tomorrow, cleaning, Ikea, some scrapping maybe and Karen is coming back from her one week wedding-trip to Las Vegas/San Francisco! I hope she took a loooot of photos!
