Inspiration

Tomorrow I'll really try taking some photos of our house, we've finished quite much but still some decorating projects to be done. Like my fireplace-but-it's-a-wooden-wall-with-plasma-and-buffalo-horns-thing... Yes I have buffalo horns that are waiting to be put on the wall! Inspired by this from danish magazine RUM

Bought about 10 new stamps last week, gotta show you! I found a new passion, the embossing thing! I'm in love, I try it all over, not only on layouts. Thinking of giving my flower pot a go... :)

Sucky with november is no light. Here in Montpellier the sun goes down around 17h30 for the moment and even thinking about taking a pic is ridiculos...

This one I brought to work to photograph at lunchtime :)

 

J'ai acheté au moins 10 tampons la semaine dernière, il faut que je vous les montre! J'ai aussi trouvé une nouvelle passion, l'embossage! Je suis in love, je l'ai essayé un peu partout pas seulement dans le scrap. Je crois que c'est mon pot fleur qui va être la prochaine victime :)

C'est nul novembre, le soleil se couche déjà à 17h30 ici à Montpellier et prendre des photos le soir et aussi évident que comme le concombre est bleu...

Good nighty! :)

A mini I did in only a couple of hours and finished yesterday :) For Maja my collegue, she visited her sister in Slovenia some weeks ago and I 'stole' some pics of hers did this album in secret. She was very pleased, which made me happy! :)

Un mini que j'ai fait pour ma collegue de boulot, Maja. Elle était en Slovenie il y a qq semaines pour visiter sa soeur et j'ai piqué qq photos pour lui faire cet album en secret. Elle était ravie, comme moi! :)

Dina Wakley class {mini}

It was so fun to splatter around with paint at Dina's class, such a new style for me :) Isn't quite what I use to do but oh so fun! Cut out shapes and paint or Glimmer mist it, the result is different each time and it's good when it's not "perfect"! This mini isn't quite finished, and as I know myself pretty well it won't be until february, but I wanted to show some pages anyway ;)

Tomorrow is my day off and wednesday is holiday in France so that means 2 days in row for me, a thing that last happened in april I think, yeaj! We'll work a lot in on the apartment and maybe wednesday I'll show you some pics of it... wanna? :)

C'était vraiment fun de patouiller (c'est ça on dit?) à l'atelier de Dina Wakley! :) Pas tout à fait mon style mes c'était super, c'est bien d'essayer des nouvelles techniques! Peintures et Glimmer mist sur pochoirs fait main, que ce n'est pas "parfait" est le but!  Ce mini n'est pas vraiment fini mais je voulais vous le montrer quand même car je me connais, je vais le finir en février prochain... ;)

Demain jour de repos et mercredi aussi, trop bien! On va travailler sur l'apart et si tout va bien je peux peut-être vous montrer qq photos de chef d'ouvre :D Vous voulez?

My Rainboots...

I'm trying some different layouts, I'll do another one of this kind but actually "closeable", you'll see what I mean :)

I even wear them to work ;)

J'ai oublié de le faire en français, désolée, ça y est je me remets!

J'essaie des nouvelles techniques, qq pages differentes et c'est amusant. La prochaine je vais carrement faire "refermable", comme un livre... Bon, vous allez comprendre :)

Mes bottes de pluie en serpent, je les mets même au boulot ;)

{Just got Premium} yeaj!

I just bought the Premium version of Picnik, my fave alternative to Photoshop CS4 that just stopped working (something to do  about non valid codes... ;) I tried to do a collage, and hey, I'm pretty satisfied! :) 

This can be handy for printing photos to layouts, a bit ali e-like :)

I don't know how to translate "Grain de folie" in english... It's like crazy but in a cute way. The girls in the photos are my sweet working  collegues Laure and Maja with theirs daughters.

Today we'll: 

• Put up the curtains that is waiting for us in shopping bags for like 4 weeks.
• Put on the last handles on the kitchen doors (we have Ikea Faktum "Abstrakt" white with "Lansa" handels).
• Take a trip to Botanic, that is a huge flower and plants store with lots of decoration, food and others. One of the only places open in France on sundays.
• Long doggy walk
• Scrap but that's only me I think, Philippe is more in to la sieste.
